Peter A. Prosper, III is the President and Owner of Prosper First Capital. His experience goes back over twenty five years when he started as an originator and loan officer. Since that time he has raised his wife and three children now in college.

For the last ten years, Peter has managed teams and branches while continuing to originate loans in Connecticut, Florida and New York. His expertise includes Conventional, Government and Private lending with Residential mortgages, as well as his work with Commercial lending for small businesses.

Throughout the years Pete has prided his work and connections within his local community. Along with his business affiliations in all three states, Pete has build a prosperous company and reputation both personally and professionally. From hundreds of loan closings over the past few decades, he has become familiar and well experienced in all aspects of lending and home buying.

Pete’s drive for customer satisfaction is matched with his ability to communicate with clients and meet their needs. The same can be said for the relationships he keeps with the lenders he has built numerous portfolios with over the years.
